Cooking instruction:
- Rice noodles in soup/Pho: Put it inboiling water for 5 - 10 minutes. Takeit out, wash under cold water, drain itand enjoy. Can be useas Phowith beef soup as you like.
- Fried rice noodles or Pad Thai: Soak vermicelli in coldwater for 4 - 7minutes. Take it out,wash under cold water,drainit. Fried meat, seafood, vegetables untilcooked well. Then put noodles into, stirwell until hot. Add spices and enjoy.
