1. Description:


Pet food production line process flow:
Raw material preparation→Mixing raw material→Conveying→Extrusion→Conveying→Drying→Screening→Oil spraying→Flavoring→PackingPet food production line setting:
Mixer→Conveyor→Extruder→Wind conveyor/hoister→Multi-layer dryer→Sifter→Hoister→Oil sprayer→Single/double roller→Packing machine

In some cases,the production need to mill, and can adopt:Mixer→Conveyor→Extruder→Crusher→Packing machine

This processing line from feeding, extruding, shaping ,cutting,oil spraying to finished products are done once time automatically. Visible auto-temperature controlling system, make the temperature-controlling to be more direct-viewing, parameter to be more precise.
1. The screw is made of alloy (38CrMoAL) by nitriding process, high strength and wear-resting. And it has good self-cleaning ability and does not need to discharge or clean the barrel and screw, when roasting or replacing of materials
2. Radiator is increased on driving part for forced cooling effect, and it ensures extruder operate safely
3. SIEMENS(China) Motor
4. It adopts speedadjusted converter on feeding system, extrusion system and cutting system. Food grade stainless steel twin screw feeding machine guarantees stable materials feeding in the whole food process.
5.Adopted the Delta inverters, ensure the extruder better running.
6. The gearbox has automatic lubrication function, with extends gear life.
7. Cutting knife fixed in the die head seat, rotary cutting by V-belt drive
2. Raw materials:  Automatic Made In China corn snack Extruder machineadopts corn, rice, wheat, oat, barley etc as ingredients
3. Products: 
Variety shapes are available for ball, tube, stick, ring, fruit loop, star, wheel and flower and heart shape by adjusting the mould in the extruder
