B) To make it more easy for you, all our prices include: Cost, Insurance and Freight. (CIF) making the operation more comfortable, safe and secure for both parts. Payments & conditions terms:
1. Payment terms: 100% advance payment or in specific cases we can receive Letter of Credit.

3. Min. order recommended, if client requests higher amount on each container, any issue derived from overweight shall be at consignee's own risk.
4. Customized labelling not included and must be quoted case by case.
5. Prices subject to changes without prior notice.
6. We encourage our customers to use an inspection company to verify the product before and during load and add for 25 USD / per FEU our loading report with:
In the Loading Report you will receive:
A) Images of the process of loading, from the empty container to the sealed container.
B) A list of batch number containing in each pallet.
C) Images of each batch number in a sample bottle and case.The way to operate is very simple:
1st Step: We agree product and price of your interest.
2nd. Step: once we receive advance payment we share loading program.
3rd. Step: Please share our contact information to your inspection agency for scheduling appointment for the merchandise inspection, Or if you prefer tell us about our loading report so our administration department can include in our proforma invoice and our warehouse send it to you.

It is very important to freeze price and load container with the deposit of 50% down-payment, otherwise we are not responsible for variations in the sale price.
Truck can't be released until we confirm safe deposit in our bank account. All expenses derived from demurrages will be on account of the customer.
4th. Step: We share freight schedule with details of the shipment.
5th. Step: We conclude when we receive the 50% balance payment, then we can release the BL.The supplier has issued a statement indicating the new and current conditions of sale and anticipates future increases.We can't warranty the price of our product in any quantity unless you pay in advance the 50% deposit I mention in the offer.Product subject to availability.
