Mg2+ have increasing effect on enzyme activity; Cu2+, Zn2+, Fe2+ and Ca2+ have inhibiting effect on enzyme activity.Application GuideIn manufacture of alcohol, add enzyme and temperature at 60-65oC in the rate of 1.0-1.6L/ton raw material.In manufacture of starch sugar, add the enzyme in the rate of 1.0-3.0lL/ton raw material.In manufacture of dry beer, the recommended dosage:0.2-0.5L/ton dry malt.In brewing of liquor and manufacture of vinegar, the recommended dosage:1.0-1.5L/ton raw material.In manufacture of gourmet powder, antibiotics and citric acid, the recommended dosage 1.0-3.0L/ton raw materials.Product Offerings
