Q: Can I get free samples for test from your company?
A: Samples are avialable, all customers must pay the sample fee and shipping cost, when you place an order, sample fee will return to you

A: 30 - 45 days after the receipt of deposit and confirmation on all designs based of normal condition.
Q:What's the payment term?
A:For mass production goods, you need to pay 30% deposit before production and 70% balance against copy of documents. The most common way is by TT.
Q:How long can I get the feedback after we send the inquiry?
A:We will reply you within 12 hours in working day.
Q:Are you a direct manufacture or trading company?
A:We have our own factory and international sales department. We produce and sales all by ourselves.
