The payment kiosk is an easy to use machine and allows customers to pay their bill very quickly without any interaction with any employee. It is a simple user friendly machine that contains detailed instructions on how it works. Customers have to simply follow the instructions, fill the information in the bill or scan the coded portion of the bill and then insert the cash. A: Generally it is about one month after deposit for sample.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Because our MOQ is one piece, and most of our kiosk are customized design, free sample is not available.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: T/T, Paypal, Wester Union and Trade Assurance are welcome. Usually 50% of the totdal payment as deposit, rest to be balance before delivery


Q: How long is your Gurranty Period?
A: Normally the warranty period is one year dated from delivery, during this period, if there is any part cant work, we will help you to
fix it, or delivery you replacement for free. In case of that you need longer warranty period, extra cost for warranty delay is need.
