Installation steps:
When the buyer open the container and unloads the goods, the mask production line can start produce masks in one day as long as
following steps:
1. To assemble the fabric tailoring machine, just tighten 8 screws and plug in 2 cables.
2. Put the fabric on the material rack according to the manual, and use tape to connect the remaining fabric on the machine.
3. Follow the manual to connect the air compressor (5P is enough,you can buy it at your end,we can buy it for you too if need.)
4. Open the machine, start working!
5. Use 4 runner, 1 handle to correct the error, make the shape of the sheet perfect.
6. Follow the manual to set the production speed on the display.
7. Put sheets on the ear-band spot machine, attach the ear strap automatically.
8. Put sheets-ear strap on the fabric edge bonding machine, bonding automatically, a qualified mask is completed!

How many days can I load the machine into the container?

15 days at least, this is the estimated data, it decided by the order we have. The order quantity we get is changed every day. But the earlier your pay for the deposit, the earlier you get the machine.

How about after sales service?

1,Our machine warranty is one year, all machine part can be replaced during warranty if broken (it doesn’t including man-made and normal consuming parts).

2,We will adjust the machine before we deliver to you.

3,English manual and Video for machine installing, using and maintaining to support during this period.
