Complete brewery-systems for microbreweries with production from 1000L up to 5000L of beer per day. 1000L | 2000L | 3000L | 4000L | 5000L brewhouse sizes are produced standartly, but also custom-made specially composed brewhouses are manufactured on customer's request. Our brewing equipment enables production of all styles of beer. All brewing operations as well as fermenting & conditioning process can be controlled via semi-automatic-control with programming system, or can be fully automatic (computer controlled) depending on customer's requirements.Main Features
1) All the tanks insulation use argon arc welding and inner tank will do passivation or mirror polishing;
2) Adopting advanced world famous brand components in pneumatic parts ,electric parts and operation parts.
3) All the steam heating beer brewery tank will do water and pressure test when finishing. Pressure test is 2-4bar;

1.Mirror Polishing
-Inside Polishing: Overall polishing to 0.4μm without dead corner .
-Outside Polishing: Mirror polishing, smooth enough and passivating treatment.
-Purpose: Make sure the steam heating beer brewery inner tank smooth enough to avoid form any dead cornor which caused bad taste in the wort beer. Outer tanks looks more like an artwork.
2.100% WIG Welding
-All welding is TIG welding.
-All welding is Full welding.
-All welding is double side welding.
-Purpose: The use of argon on the protection of metal welding material, So that welding can not be in contact with oxygen in the air, thus preventing the oxidation of welding consumables.Which Makes tanks durable and strong.
3.False bottom/Sieve plate
-Equipped in Lauter tank,Laser milling, Filter gap: 0.8mm
-This filter plate is made on a complete stainless by CNC lathe, it is strong, filter fast and leak no any grist. Which has a good effect in Separating wort and impurities.
