Usage
Cold:
- Ultimate reusable cold or hot compress
- Soft gel keeps cool in freezer or refrigerator
- Stays flexible when cooled
- Store on bottom of freezer compartment for at least 1 1/2 hours before use
- Place in cover or wrap in a towel and apply affected areaHot:
- Bring 3 quarts water to boil and remove from heat
- Place Cold-Hot Pack in water for not more than 8 minutes (5 Minutes if pack is at room temperature)
- Remove and place Cold-Hot Pack in cover or wrap in towel and apply to affected area.Microwave Instructions
- Place Cold-Hot Pack in glass bowl covering pack with water.
- Microwave for 1 - 2 minutes or as required
- Remove and place Cold-Hot Pack in cover or wrap in towel and apply to affected area. Caution
1.Non-Toxic, Discard if Punctured Persons with circulatory problems should not use cold compression except as directed by adoctor.
2.Do not heat in microwave for more than 3 minutes at one time.
