Product Description
The material in the jacketed reactor can be heated or cooled at constant temperature by injecting double-layer reactor, and stirring can be provided. Material reacts in the reactor and can control the evaporation and reflux of the reaction solution. After the reaction, the material can be discharged from the outlet of the bottom of the reactor. The operation is very convenient. It is an ideal equipment for modern chemical sample, petrochemical industry, pilot test, biopharmaceutical and new material synthesis.

The reactor body is made of high borosilicate glass (G3.3). It has good physical, chemical and optical properties. The reactor body is transparent and visible.
The main body is made of stainless steel frame + aluminium alloy, which is beautiful, strong and corrosion resistant.
Stainless steel agitator is surrounded by tetrafluoride, which is suitable for mixing with various solvents, pollution-free and corrosion-resistant.
PT100 sensor probe has high temperature measurement accuracy and small error, which effectively improves work efficiency.
AC gear reducer motor, smooth operation, strong torsion, no noise, no spark, long life.Polytetrafluoroethylene agitator is suitable for mixing low to high viscosity liquids.Polytetrafluoroethylene assembly + alloy steel mechanical seal can ensure good vacuum and long service life.
The whole structure is reasonable, with universal wheel with brake, which can move as a whole and is easy to operate. No dead angle glass discharge valve, can effectively reduce the stirring dead angle, easy to discharge.
This product has the function of vacuum display. It can choose vacuum degree for high boiling point materials.
According to customer requirements, the reactor can be made into explosion-proof devices (explosion-proof motor, explosion-proof control box (speed and temperature) and explosion-proof temperature field display instrument).
