Product Description
Double layers Jacketed Glass Reactor is designed for controlling temperature of its reaction contents , by using a cooling or heating " jacket " around the vessel where the cooling or heating fluid is circulated among , under normal or negative pressure. Ningkai offers a wide range of glass reactors with volumes from 1 L to 200L. It is offen connected with circulating water vacuum pump, diaphragm vacuum pump, recirculating chiller and heater equipment. It can be used in the experiment and production of chemistry, fine chemical engineering, biological pharmacy and synthesis of new materials.

1. Use G3.3 high borosilicate glass , with good and stable properties of chemistry and physics , eg: corrosion and heat resistance .
2. Alloy steel mechnical seal , PTFE soft connector , have a precise sealing performance when operated .
3. With PT100 sensor probe , high precision temperature meassurement , less error and high efficiency .
4. AC stepless variable motor , brushless , sparkless , low noise and strong torsion & high rotating speed(from 50-800 rpm or 50-600rpm ) .
5. Coated reinforced PTFE agitator , especially for high viscosity reaction solvents , surely the low viscosity menstruums , too . At the same time , different types ( anchor , paddle , impeller , fram , screw and etc ) of stirring paddle can be selectable .
6. PTFE discharge valve , anti-corrosion , heat resistance , no dead angle , no vibration no sample accumulation and flush quickly .
7. Multi-necked reactor cover with four , five , six or more mouth can be offered to you .( mian ports : constant pressure funnel port , stirring port , liquid adding port , solid feeding port , temperature meassurement port , evaporation reflux port ) .
8. Explosion- proof devices ( Ex motor , Ex control panel , Ex temperature LCD display) can be optional .
