Product Description
The laboratory(industrial) rotary evaporators are mainly used for continuous distillation of a large number of volatile solvents under reduced pressure. In particular, the concentration of the extract and the distillation of the receiving liquid in chromatographic separation can separate and purify the reaction products. The basic principle of a rotary evaporator is vacuum distillation, that is , in the case of reduced pressure, the distillation flask is continuously rotated as the solvent is distilled . The rotating bottle filled with materials is rotated and uniformly heated at a constant temperature. Under the
condition of connection with negative pressure, the boiling point of the material is lowered , the liquid forms into film and
evaporates, and then the solvent is recovered through the glass coil condenser and the collection bottle. It is especially
suitable for the concentration ,crystallization , separation and solvent recovery of heat sensitive materials.
Feature1. Advanced frequency control is adopted to ensure stable operation of the motor, high evaporation and high recovery.
2.It can reduce the damage degree of the water bath when lifting up or down . During the evaporation of low boiling
point,collecting bottle can be immersed in bath, avoid the secondary evaporation.
3.The collecting bottle connected by flange port, easy to assemble or disassemble , with high sealing condition.
4.High temperature durable seal, dynamic seal system has corrosion resistance and long service life, good air tightness under high temperature.
5. Using Japanese technology AC induction motor , step-less speed regulation, no brush , no spark , can work long time
effectively.
6. Rotary evaporator chassis bath, main rod, shaft are made of high quality stainless steel, beautiful appearance and corrosion resistance.
7.Intelligent temperature control, water and oil bath, more widely used. The temperature fluctuation is relatively small, only
±0.2℃，evaporation is more stable,not easy to wash away the material.
8.The series of modular design , strong extension ,easy installation,convenient maintenance.
