1. Pipe diameter applicable: DN50-600 (φ60-630); DN200-800 (219-830); DN400-1000 (φ406-1016); DN600-1200 (φ610-1219); DN800-1500 (φ813-1524) ;Or custom made acc. to requirements.
2. Pipe wall thickness applicable: 5-60mm (MIG+SAW or TIG+SAW)
3. Materials applicable: carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and cryogenic steel, etc.
4. Welding line applicable: various welding lines of spool pieces such as pipe-pipe, pipe-elbow, pipe-flange, flange-flange and flange-elbow, etc.
5. Driving System: pipe welding positioner is adopted, clamped pipe by 2 (or 3, 4) jaw chuck & drive it by positioner directly
6. Trolley system: a welding system is fixed on the arm of the trolley which can move along the track according to the welding location .
7. Bracket System: Separate type of trolley matching for welding machine, which may be adjusted along the track according to the length of the pipeline.
8. Counterweight System: no Counterweight
9. Speed-regulation Mode: VF stepless speed control system
10. Adjustment Mode: with electric cross regulator
11. Control system: a product of our patented technology, PLC control with touch screen.
12. Welding procedure: MIG+SAW or TIG+SAW or TIG+MIG for root pass, fill in & final welding;
