★ Application
●The equipments are mainly used for vertical tank top to bottom construction.
●Also it can be used for mega work piece jacking or lifting.
★ Features
●The system consists of hydraulic pump station, cylinders, steel wire, and strokes. Easy to installation and operation;
●The system utilizes PLC central control to handle lift. Each power pack is equipped with auxiliary balance device to guarantee the precision of simultaneously lifting.
●Hydraulic lift pump station has subsidiary manual control and central control two operation models. The cylinder can be adjusted to lift separately or to lift with several others as one group, and multi groups can also be integrated to lift reach better precision and better welding effect.
●All the cylinders are with safety valve. It can be automatically locked to avoid cylinder/ tank dropping even under situation of power off, high-pressure hose broken, burst.
●The cylinder is with one high pressure hose to avoid oil leaking that usually happen by the traditional multiple hoses. Cylinder will return to initial condition by itself weight.

●Stroke of Hydraulic cylinder is 2700mm, which can satisfy each annular shell one-step lift. Greatly reduce the time waste.
●Hydraulic cylinder basic height is 1910mm, which can match automatic girth welding machine to proceed internal girth seam welding.
TypeYT25-2700C
●Stroke of Hydraulic cylinder is 1475mm, which can satisfy each annular shell with 2500 plate one-step lift. Greatly reduce the time waste.
●Hydraulic cylinder basic height is 2050mm, which can match automatic girth welding machine to proceed internal girth seam welding.

Main Features
1, High requirement on safty. It has lifting level balance sensor to mornitor lifting speed to keep all the tank lifting under condition of balance;
2, PLC control lifting and down. Each time lift or down with 100mm; Can proceed lift and fall down at one time;

3, High efficiency lifting; Each time lifting and fall down needs only around 30-40 minutes
4, Manpower reduce; only people can control all the hydraulic jacks
5, Each pump station can support 40 jacks,if tank is big or samller, the configuration can be changed very easily.only add or remove addtional jacks, no need to change the PLC control pack.

Packaging Details
The normal package is wooden frame
(Size: L*W*H). If export to european countries,the wooden box will be fumigated.If container is too tigher,we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.
