Production Process:
1. Braiding Workshop
We braid all kinds of pile material here. We use different die cutters for different types of mats with different diameter. The machine is controlled by a computer, so the error can be controlled in 0.5mm. It'll guarantee the exact size and thickness of the piles. Waste material can be recycled, so it can eliminate the waste pollution.
2. TrimingCheap Carpet for Living Room long pile Rugs
There are 20 workers in this workshop, we trim all the piles here. the entire process is eco-friendly, it'll guarantee all the mats meet the European Standard.

There are 10 workers in this workshop, we use flame and heat to paste the surface, sponge and backing together.
