To reconstitute, always add powder to cold water. For smoothness and flavour, we suggest that you mix milk at night for use the next day. Keep rehydrated milk refrigerated. Keep bag tightly closed in a cool dry place.To make 1 liter:
Place 1 + 1/3 cup (333 ml) water in a shaker and then add 2/3 cup or 10 tablespoons (100 g) powder.
Swirl container to wet powder.
Shake vigorously for 10 seconds
Add 2 cups (500 ml) water, give another shake and place in refrigerator overnight.
Shelf Life:
12 months unrefrigerated (keep bag tightly closed in a cool dry place). Keep rehydrated milk refrigerated.Lot number label - Lot number refers to production date not expiry date.
