Full-automatic surface mask production line is completed from non-woven cloth roll to finished mask in one time without manual operation.
The mask production line is connected with a mask punching machine and a fully automatic spot welding machine.
One mask punching machine can be connected with one mask spot welding machine or two masks spot welding machines or three masks spot welding machines.Product Introduction
This production line can totally produce the flat mask automatically. The process includes coil feeding, folding and pressing, nose bridge rib feeding, mask forming, mask cutting, ear band feeding and welding, and finished product unloading, etc., completing the entire production process from coil raw materials to finished mask.
