1. Technical Features
1.1 The window frame is made of aluminum alloy die-casting, and the material should meet the requirements of GB/T 15115. The appearance is required to be smooth, flat and not deformed.
1.2 The observation window uses double-layer lens made of polycarbon resin, which requires transparency, no porosity, scratches, and the thickness of the lens should meet the pressure requirements.
1.3 The observation window seal pressure should be greater than or equal to 2 kPa.
1.4 When observing the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the window at 25 °C, it should be ensured that there is no condensation or water accumulation on the outside.

3.Test Methods
3.1 Coating adhesion test should meet the requirements of GB/T9286.
3.2 Observation window The anti-cold bridge and pressure test can be carried out on the air conditioning unit. Under the condition of temperature difference between the inside and outside of the unit of 25 °C and pressure of 2 kPa, the observation window does not leak, and there is no condensation or water droplets on the outside.Company Information
