Brown Fused Alumina for polishing/grinding/sandblasting
Brown fused alumina also named emery. The raw materials is bauxite, carbon materials and iron scrap. Put the raw materials into arc furnace, passed the high temperature. The main ingredient is Al2O3 and the content is 75-95%. Also have some other ingredient, such as Ti, Si, Fe. The brown fused alumina is the based material of the abrasive.
Production process of brown fused alumina:sorting of the raw materials →electrolytic smelting →crushing →magnetic separation →filter →physical and chemical testing →packing →warehousing Note: Using time: Grade A 5-7tims. Grade B 3-5times. Grade C 1-2times.
