FAQ How to build your own tune in music boxThe most important notice:Because of the structure,we can not make the full same as your musical files,when we are in developing the new tune,we will adjust something about your tune.1.Mould cost: US$3502.MOQ of new tune: 1000 pcs3.The details is only for developing the 18-note musical movement,technical specification as below,3.1.Tune time limited 13"-18"3.2.Tune key range: max,2 octaves +3 notes (Sound Frequency: 494Hz ~ 2349Hz)3.3.Limited Quantity of Note:3.3.1.This model have 18 keys, Evey note will ocuppy one key.3.3.2.Usually The key can be played again after 4 beats(base on 4/4)3.3.3.Remark: The sound will be bad if played twice in a short time.New tune developing process1.Provide the musical file,such as staff,mp3,CD,DVD or MINI file and select 9~15 seconds music for this 18 note model2.Pls select the time range in your musical file(tune time limited 13"-18").3.We will send you the MIDI file as your tune (it will cost about 5 days)4.1.If you approve our MIDI is OK,then we will make the handmade sample (handmade sample will cost 7 days)4.2.If the MIDI file is not fine,we will adjust and improve till to you approve it.5.When the handmade sample is OK,we will take a Video and send you,if you approve it,then we will make the new mould.(Usually,the handmade sample is almost same to the production sample)6.Make new mould(it will cost 15 days)7.Test the samples made by new mould,if it is OK,we will make mass production,if not,we will adjust the mould till to it is fine.
