2.Q:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A:Our factory is located in Jinan City, Shandong Province, China, about 1 hours from
Beijing, 2 hours from Shanghai and 2.5 hours from Guangzhou. All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!
3.Q: Can you do OEM?A: Yes, we can do OEM products.

4.Q:How can I get some samples?
A:1,We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier
cost, the samples are free for you, this charge will be deducted from the payment for
formal order.
2,Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon Fedex,
UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; or inform us your DHL collection
account.Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company.

At a failure of any parts within 2 years (two years):
1. (If the part cost is lower than 200 USD) (provided that it was a factory defect and not artificial damage), the seller sends the new part to the buyer (buyer bears the transportation costs).
2. (If the part cost more than 200 USD) (provided that it was a factory defect and not artificial damage), the purchaser must return the damaged part (buyer bears the transportation costs), the seller is obliged to repair the item or if the repair of damaged parts will not be successful, the seller will replace the item by a new one and send it to the buyer (the seller will bear the transportation costs).
