ONEW-700 PaintGo R7 is 6 axis robot with a linear moving axis, payload is 8 kg and high positioning accuracy, flexible wrist structure, no spraying dead angle. With function of self-teaching point-to-point and off-line programming. This model has approved European ATEX Certification. It can work under the environment of oil mist and dust etc. With ONEW’s robotic vision system and teaching-free technology, it is suitable for automotive parts, whole car body refinish spray painting and proprietary colour restore.

With the data of optical sensors, onEW independent-developed Robotic Vision is provided for 360°No-Dead-Angle real-time object modeling.
2. Dynamic Spray Painting Trajectory Planning
According to the real-time object surface, the trajectory planning algorithm will calculate the optimized spray painting trajectory strategy to achieve high coverage and less paint consumption.
3. Easy Operation With Teaching-free Technology
User need only computer mouse operation with clear and simple UI, no need of robotic programming skills. The teaching-free technology will automatically control the spray painting robot to execute the painting trajectory with the painting parameter (Gas Pressure/Paint flow/Distance/Speed and etc.) and complete the spray painting tasks.
