A: We do required you to pay for the sample and the delivery. And if you are satisfied with the sample, and plan to place a bulk order, we will refund the sample fee in your coming order.

Q4: Warranty?
A: Our products have the warranty of 2 years starting from the day of delivery. If the the defect is due to our acts during the production, we will replace the defective products with new products.
Q5: Lead Time?
A: For samples, it takes max 3 days to prepare it.
For any OEM parts, they probably will take 30 days to produce. once we receive full payment or deposit, we will start the production right away.
