The mask machine processes multiple layers of non-woven fabric into various masks with filtering performance (including ordinary flat masks and N95 masks) through hot compression molding, ultrasonic welding, scrap removal, and ear strap bridge welding. The manufacture of masks requires the cooperation of the mask body machine and the ear strap welding machine to produce a complete mask.
1. This production line is mainly used for the automatic forming of masks. After the whole roll of fabric is placed in the designated position of the feeding rack, the fabric is imported into the hemming fabric through automatic folding, wrapping, nose roll traction, and fixed-length cutting. Both sides are sealed by ultrasonic welding, and then passed through the ultrasonic side. Sealing, cutting and shaping by cutting knife, automatic control throughout.
2. Whether the mask produced by this production line is medical or not has nothing to do with the machine. As long as the mask is sterilized and analyzed, the mask produced by this production line can be used as a surgical mask.
3. The mask production line adopts aluminum alloy structure with good finish and no rust. It can produce multi-layer masks (3-5 layers).
