Hot melt envelope is a kind of resin adhesive that will melt after heating.Put thedata file in the envelope and place it in the hot-melt book binding machine. It is widely used in the binding of documents such as documents, tenders, various reports, insurance contracts, computerization reports, financial vouchers and so on, so to make them wear out and beautify their appearance. Hot-melt binding does not need to punch holes. The principle of resin hot melt adhesive is used to bind the loose pages into a strong and beautiful book in dozens of seconds.
Characteristic:
1. the cover is made of PET raw material by calendaring, high transparency and environmental protection.
2. the bottom cover is made of 230 grams of white glass cardboard / leather grain embossed paper / coated white card, and the binding documents are beautiful and durable.
3. inner surface of the ridge is coated with high viscosity EVA resin adhesive, which has low melting point, high viscosity, low temperature, no crisp and no self-adhesion at room temperature, and is easy to store.
4. using U three side glue coating process can effectively eliminate the shedding of home and tail due to less glue.
