1. Are you a trading company or factory?
We develop from a factory to provide trading service now. Our factory supplies vintage french wood furniture as well as bamboo furniture.
2. Can you customize products?
Yes, it is better if you can send us high resolution pictures with detailed requirements, like materials and sizes. We can make a sample for your confirmation before mass production.
3. Can you deliver us free fabric or wood swatches?
Yes, as long as the courier costs are to be borne by your side.
4. How about payment terms?
30% deposit T/T, with balance against B/L.
5. When do you deliver after an order is placed?
Usually it is about 45 days after the deposit is received, for a full mixed 40'HQ. For special orders, like a few items or if we have models or frames in stock, we are able to deliver within 30 days.
6. How do you solve if the products have quality problems?
Please send us an email with detailed description and high resolution photos of quality problems. After we /confirm/i, we will reply you as soon as possible with solutions.
