1) Are all products on the website in stock? Can you customize according to my sizes needed?
Most of products online are in stock, a part of products are made to order. All products online can be customized but based on different MOQs, please contact customer service.
2) How long will the production lead time be?
Stock products can be arranged to ship in 12 days. Products made to order need at least 20 days, based on quantity, style and low/peak seasons.
3) How to customize?
The process of customization is as follows: buyer provides the most accurate customization information. We quote according to the information, and the buyer takes 40% of the total amount as the deposit, which equals to signing the purchase contract. After the buyer pays the deposit, our factory will start to design and drawing can be developed based on customer idea or reference. Production starts upon customer's approval on the drawing. We will inform buyer the whole production process by sending images and videos to ensure buyer's idea are fully presented on the products. When the product is finally sculpted, the buyer pays the remaining 60% and the seller delivers.
4) Will the real products be same as pictures seen online? Can I ask for a sample before order?
We try to show the most real product, so all pictures seen online are photographed with the real bulk product that can reflect massive production quality. Samples can be purchased and delivered by express in 1 week, certainly all cost are refundable in the formal order.
5) Payment terms

a) T/T: 30% deposit, 70% at copy of BOL.b) L/C, PayPal and Western Union are accepted.

6) Delivery & Shipment
FOB NINGBO. We can organize air and sea transportation, also work with the cargo agent appointed by customers. Consolidation with your goods from other suppliers can also be organized.
