Smart controller with full protections:Over RPM protection: When detect the RPM exceed the set RPM, the turbine will yaw some degree to capture partial wind until to 90 degree cut out.Over wind speed protection: when the wind speed over the rated wind speed, the turbine will yaw some degree to keep the turbine running around rated wind speed. The cut out wind speed can be adjusted, turbine will cut out of the wind when speed exceed the set cut out wind speed.Over voltage protection: when the generator output voltage go up high because of a gust of wind, the controller will dump load (continuous variable) to drag down the voltage to a normal range. When the on-grid inverter can’t reach the state grid or the state grid cause some problem, controller will start to unload and mechanical brake will work at the same time to stop the wind turbine.Mechanic brake: Mechanic brakes will be applied to work when emergency.Untie function: With sensors and CPU to record the yawing direction and rounds, automatically yaw to opposite direction to untie the twisted cables if turbine yaw to same directions for 3 rounds.MPPT function ensure wind turbine max output power.Control system has an independent power supply to ensure the high stability of systemData transmission using RS485 and modbus communication protocol. The transmission is stable and the longest distance is up to 10KM.Software check wind turbine information in computer.
