A: It usually take about 30 working days for production. and the shipping date is usually 7 days to 30days variablly ,depends on being shipped to different countries.

The carton we use is thick and sturdy with 7-layer ,MDF board is seperately used at the bottom and the top .protection angle is used at 4 corners. so far ,package damage compaint has not been filed.

A:Structural components are guaranteed for 10 years.
Hydraulic pumps are guaranteed for 5 years.
Electric Parts are guaranteed for 1 year.
