This equipment is used for the brazing of die steel, carbide, martensite steel, titanium alloy and magnetic materials. Features:1.Automatic control, smooth operation, high repeatability, many human-machine interfaces for your option.2.Reasonable design of hot zone, high efficiency of heat preservation, radiation heating at360º, temperature uniformity is good, comparative low energy consumption.3.High power fan, big heat exchanger made of copper, the forced gas cooling can circulate at 360º with fast cool speed, the temperature is uniform, low distortion.4.No pollution, high density. It can meet the processing requirements.5.The cool fan is controlled by frequency conversion. The cool speed can be controlled. It is of the function of iso thermal quenching.6.Convection heating at low temperature.7.We utilize the vacuum partial pressure, reduce the volatilizing of alloy, improve the quality of heat treatment.8.It can improve the density and brightness of workpiece, reduce the cost of second process.
