APPLICATIONS & CHARACTERISTICS
RC is “Aromatic Polyisocyanate” compound. It has higher performance of cross-linking and vulcanization. It is widely used for curing of natural rubber, synthetic tuber or other adhesives, improve property of bonding strength, heat and water resistance etc.
Adhesive glue hardener for shoe OPERATION METHOD
1. Add the hardener into the adhesive, and stir it to mixing evenly.
2. Increase adding amount in rainy day or higher moisture.
3. When mixed with hardener, use it within pot life.
(Polychloroprene + Desmodur H142 about 2-3 hours)

1,Stir the solution evenly, as the gravity of Hardener is rather large and easily sink to the bottom.
2,The solution might be used up within 4 hours after the hardener is mixed with the adhesive. If is is not finished, the solution is not allowed to put back into un-mixed adhesive.
3,The hardener must be sealed strictly if it is open but not finished.
