PTP blister foil manufactured by the unique production process in well-equipped R100000 filter class GMP workshop, the quality of products under controlled by the ISO9001-2000 quality management system, and the working environment through ISO 14001 certification.
It can be sealed with PVC, PP, PET, PS, PE, PVD, PVDC, cold forming blister aluminum foil and other materials. Our aluminum foil has high obstruction, heat insulation and air tightness, and has the functions to obstruct moist, all kinds of gases ( including aroma substances) and lights, and can be used to resist moist, bacteria and retain fragrant.
It also has outstanding mechanical performance, anti-corrosion, and is appropriate for all kinds of weather conditions and environments, and is suitable to be packing at high speed automatically. It can be staved in slightly and easy to take the medicines.
Structures: Protective layer (op)/outer printing layer/ basic material for aluminum foil/ bond (vc), thickness 24um-35um
Color: we can make out single-surface, double-surface to print single color or multi-color, also can print Anti-counterfeiting printing. We also can accordance to the customers’ requirement to make out single-surface / double-surface golden/ green colorful foils.
