a)Underthefluoroscopyguidance,positionthedeliverydeviceexactlytothecenterofthetargetstrictureortumor.
b)Loosenthesafetylockbyturningitcounterclockwisewhenthedeliverydeviceiscorrectlypositionedatthestricture.
c)Immobilizetheinnershaftbyholdingfirmlytheposteriorhandleinonehand,andgentlypulltheoutersheathbackward.Donotpushtheinnershaftwhenyoudeploythestent.Theinnershaftshouldbeheldsecurelyandnotbeallowedtomove.Pushingtheinnershaftwillcausemisalignmentofthestentandpossibledamagetotheoesophagus.
d)Afterthestentisfullydeployed,withdrawthedeliverydeviceandguidewirecarefully.
e)Examinethestentfluoroscopicallyto/confirm/iexpansion.Ifexcessiveresistanceisfeltduringtheremoval,wait3-5minutestoallowfurtherstentexpansion.
