Ink characteristics:
The series is made from polyester resin, acrylic resin, additive, and pigment. It must be baked in a drying way to get the best coating performance. The series has good printing stability, good adhesion, good physical chemical resistance.
Scope of application:
Color glass printing.
Using parameters:
Over network performance: 80-200 mesh dry parts: 15Q°C 4-6 minutes
Solidify conditions: 16 (TC 10-15min 180°C8-12min (parameters for reference, depending on the actual colors and different thickness of the glass )
Diluent: dry diluent in KTS-783, KTS-2490 slow dry diluent coating area: 15-30m2 / kg, depending on mesh and color.
