Method of use:
1,this product deployment(refer to HF-8118 polymerization rubber powder deployment instructions) into the glue directly into the glue tank, stick the surface should be evenly coated.
2,The initial adhesive force:very strong. Fast drying , cardboard compression.
3,Random down mounted paper, pressure should be continued for a period of time.time should not less than 3-5 minutes, (this time) adhesive strength of the adhesive is very critical,if the cardboard,corrugated cardboard and other large elastic pressure time can be slightly longer
4,The amount of glue depending on the sticky paper, depending on the size of the different specifications of the control volume of corrugated paper
5,The concentration of oxidation to complete the glue coated with 4-cup measuring flow rate of 25-28 seconds, the amount of 22-25 grams per square.
Note:
1,this product should not be mixed with other types of glue. Before mixing can be used on the machine.

Formula:
steps:
add 150kg water into the mixing tank. (in winter, keep the temperature between 28-32 degrees);
add the powder into the water, and mixing for 1-2 minutes;
add 2.8 kg caustic soda (packed together in small bag in the open mouth of the large bag) into the mixing tank;
keep mixing until it turns from liquid to solid and then stop mixing for oxidation;
oxidation for 60 minutes, then you can use the glue.
