Angle Bead Perforated Corner Bead( Corner Bead )
Common Applications: Plastering corners of the wall
Corner Beads are plastered to walls to create true and straight corners. It provides strength and protects the wall against chipping and cracking.Manufactured from :
Galvanized Sheet, Stainless steel sheet , PVC (also can provides corner bead withfiberglass mesh) Manufacturing Detail: Using this sheet is very quick and simple by applying plaster dabs to the wall at both sides of the corner at approximately 600mm intervals. The bead is then placed against the corner and the mesh wings are then firmly placed in to the dabs of plaster resulting in the bead being set firmly and projecting sufficiently to the required thickness of the plaster on both sides of the corner. The corner of the bricks is fixed by using galvanized nails or wire tying. Lengths are available in standard as well as custom made lengths. Wing length ranges from 35mm to 45m. Bead length is available in 2 metre, 2.4 metre and 3.4 metres.
