Common quality problem 1
metal rusted in short time
Cause
1. no good enough "rust cleaning" before "phosphate coating" or "powder coating" or "spray lacquer" or "baking varnish".2. not thickness enough of "phosphate coating" or "powder coating" or "spray lacquer" or "baking varnish".3. no thickness enough of "zinc coat".
FUGUI Solution
1. must be no any rust after "sand&shot blasting" or "acid pickling"2. thickness of "phosphate coating" or "powder coating" or "spray lacquer" or "baking varnish" must above 0.1mm.3. (1) electrogalvanizing:
zinc must above 30 μm(micron)
(2) hot deep galvanzied:
zinc must above 75 μm(micron)PS: then the anticorrosion time will be 10-20 years.
Common quality problem 2
coating will be peeled offf by itself
Cause
1. there is no pits in the iron parts after "sand&shot blasting", then paint or powder's adhesion will be too weak.2. no " phosphate coating" after "acid pickling".3. heating powder time too short.

Common quality problem 3
weld joint is big and ugly.
Cause
no polishing after welding.
FUGUI Solution
each weld joint must be polished to flat and mooth, arc shape is best.
Common quality problem 4
gate will be hung down after serverl months or years.
Cause
1. marterial of gate uphill hinge is not hardness enough.2. marterial of gate uphill hinge is too thin.3. bolt of gate uphill hinge is too thin.
FUGUI Solution
1. the material of all gate's components must be Q235.2. designger will be calculate the thickness of uphill hinge and diameter of bolt as per the gate's weight, width and height, they must be strong enough to support the gate.
