Board Introduction:
MDF&HDF are kinds of excellent boards used for substitute for natural wood boards and have wide applications .take wood and other plant fiber as material mix suitable urea formaldehyde resin or other resin forms 650-890kg/m3 boards by being hot pressed .the boards are characterized with tight and smooth surface ,uniform even core layer structure with good machining specification and good wood working performance .,widely using for furniture ,floor or isolation board and etc.

The machinery line are manufactured and completed based on advanced technology home and abroad. also we have unique characteristics and advantages in raw material preparing ,fiber making ,forming, hot pressing and sanding sections ,our production line with pretty automatically,operation stable and reliable ,running of this production line stable, reasonable layout with high producing efficiency .
1)Adopt reliable and steady running thermofiner /refiner/defiberator made under latest-tech. which can control the fiber quality and meet the productive capacity requirement, greatly reduce the consumption of electricity and heat.
2)The pre-press adopts screen belt, upper and lower belt are driven separately to avoiding the influence on the mat quality cause by speed –difference of the two belts and wind discharge problem.
3)Mat conveying line is composed by flexible belt conveyer and saw acceleration belt conveyer, lest the mat distort during accelerating and departing.
4)The hot press system achieve the top level in china,and greatly reduces the installed power of the hydraulic system.,the pressure can increase quickly, which can reduce the pre-harden layer, and lower the raw material consumption.
5)Hot press adopts the technical –process-curve of all position control,to ensure the board section-structure-density and stable quality .
6)the wide-belt –sander improves the board finish quality ,lowers the running costs.
7)the electric control system adopts the world advanced PLC control system, with on site communication BUS control.
