polycarbonate sheet extrusion line
This unit can continuously produce PP,PE,ABS, PC, PMMA, etc mono-layer/multi-layer sheet. The max. width of the product is about 2700mm, and the thickness is among 0.15mm-3mm.
Extruder: based on the different material, this line is designed to use exhaust or not exhaust single-screw extruder. The screw is special designed with pugging type and equipped with high efficiency temperature controlling system, which is to ensure the steady extruding capacity.
Threeroller calendaring machine: according to the different thickness of the sheet, the calendaring machine is designed as 45° inclined, vertical or horizontal style.
Cooling roller and bracket: 12 cooling transmission's rollers to ensure the cooling result.
Horizontal cutting machine: length metering cutting, accuracy is less than 2mm.
