2. Cement base, concrete surface, plasterboard .
Features:
1. Obvious anti-water performance .
2. Strong cohesive force, no shrinking during drying period .
3. No cracking during long-time service period, fine smooth performance.
4.Low alkali, water maintain for 2 or 3 times after dry to speed up solidification and alkaline precipitation.
5.Specially used for the substrate which requires better planeness.
6.Greens environmental protection.
Mixing Ratio:Powder:Water=1:0.34-0.36(according to weight)
Spreading Rate:2-4KG/M2(it may varies due to the actual application)
Applicaiton Procedures:
1.Mix putty powder and water according to the mixing ratio given above.
2. Apply puttytwice. Make sure the final effect is a flat surface.
3. Time interval between 2 coats should be 3hours or dry.
5.The final thickness of putty film should be between 1-1.5mm.
Surface Preparation
1. The wall surface should be smooth and compact, without Grease, concrete protectingcompound, etc.
2. If the wall surface is not flat, repair it with mortar.
3. Newly constructed surface should be maintained for 14 days before applying putty.
4. Clean up the loose layers of the original surface and ensure the basic surface is strong enough beforeapplying putty.Our Services
