A: We are factory.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A:In general, we are 3 working days, carry out research and development design and packaging, complete the mold production after 17 working days after the plan is determined, and then deliver 15 working days (the main delivery time depends on the order quantity)
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Samples can be provided free of charge, limited to existing products. If samples are provided according to the customer's plan, customers need to pay for the sample mold. We will make samples for free, and the logistics/delivery costs will be borne by the customer.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
