If you don't have drawings, we have designing institute and could designfor you according to your requests.
Q. Could you inform about your quality Control System?
Firstly, all of our steel raw material purchase from big famous steel factory, we could offer material certificate for your reference. If you want, we could also send raw material to third party testing organization like SGS and BV and offer you the testing report. Most of our welding workers work more than 5 years in our factory, they will inspect by themselves before send the steel to the next process, it could ensure quality consistency. We also have quality control team do the inspection during the process and before delivery. You could send third party inspector any time at any process of the production.
Q.Could you help us with installation?
Yes. We will send installation drawings and videos to help with installation.If you want we can send workers directly to you, or we can send one or two engineers to guide your workers to install. And you need to pay labor cost+flight ticket round trip and other travel costs+ insurance+diet and accommodation.
Q. Life span of the building.
Life span of the building affected by different maintenance and different environmental conditions, normally lift span of main steel structure is about 50-100 years( keep painting every one or two years). Life span of roof and wall panel is about 15-25 year, Life span of skylight is about 8-15 years.
