Organic tubular separation membrane
Product features: The organic tubular membrane separation is a form of multiple membrane components, the casting solution is uniformly coated on the inner wall of the support tube to form a membrane tube, and membrane module is formed after casting, the casting liquid material includes PVDF, PES, PA, etc., and the support tube is rolled from a non-woven fabric. The utility model has the advantages that the flow channel is wide and long, the material liquid flows in the tube, the pretreatment precision of the liquid is low, the pressure loss is small, the filtration efficiency is greatly improved, and the tubular membrane is easy to clean, in addition to cleaning with chemical reagents, it can also be cleaned mechanically. Relying on the company's unique patented technology, tubular membrane property has its unique advantages.1) Have independent intellectual property rights. Independent research of membrane production technology, membrane production equipment and production process, integrated membrane technology to fill the domestic blanks, reaching the international advanced level.2) High water flux. Utilizing our company's proprietary technology and formula, the porosity of the membrane is over 70%, the flux of products increased by more than 30% compared with that of similar imported products; when treating a fluid with a low concentration, a permeate can be produced with a working pressure of 0.05 MPa, and it can work at a pressure of 0.7 MPa to 1 MPa, which greatly reduces the cost of using the membrane.3) High separation accuracy. The pores of the membrane are uniform and dense, and can be controlled within the separation pore size range of 0.002-0.2 μm, which ensures the filtration precision of the membrane and satisfied the individual needs of customers.4) Long service life. By modifying PVDF material, the pollution resistance is greatly enhanced, the membrane flux recovery rate is high, the membrane tube has high compressive strength, isn t easy to break, and the service life can be as long as 5 years.5) Complete product specifications. Membrane pore size from nanofiltration to microfiltration, membrane materials including PVDF, PES and PA, membrane module diameter from 2 inches to 8 inches, suitable for customers with different conditions, can also be customized according to customer design and processing.
