Using our conical twin screw extruders with a special L/D ratio, we can incorporate high percentage of filler in the plastic material without compromising the quality of the final product: the result is a perfect balancing of beauty and production cost.
Besides a twin screw and a single screw extruders for the various layers, the line consists of a flat head, a calibration unit, a haul-off and a saw, all guaranteed by the traditional quality of Bausano products.
The complete line is controlled by a PLC Touch Screen of last generation so that the process can be easily and intuitively run by one operator only.
Glaze roof tile and resin tile can be high-grade plants, steel factories, warehouses, farm market, market access, sheds and other high-end roofing materials. Especially in corrosive chemical plants, smelters, ceramic plants, soy sauce factory, chemical plants, printing and dyeing plant, organic solvent factory, acid, alkali and other corrosive plant.
