Inroduction:
Laboratory scale equipment can be used for gas-liquid reaction or tail gas absorption in various occasions. The gas absorption device has two sizes, namely 3L and 20L liquid storage. The 3L compact design can be used in laboratory fume hood, and can also be used in different fume hoods with mobile or desktop shelves.
When the exhaust gas enters the round bottom flask and it is absorbed upward through the absorption column, it will be absorbed. The absorption liquid is pumped into the flask from the bottom of the round flask through the diaphragm pump and falls from the top to the opposite direction of the exhaust gas through the absorption column, thus more effectively increasing the contact between the two. Absorption can be carried out by active absorption devices, such as using nitrogen as a carrier gas, or by using vacuum to guide through the absorption device.
Notice:
When the pump operates at the highest load, the 3L absorption device can handle 3L airflow per minute and the 20L device can handle 8L gas per minute.
