Introduction of concrete pole mould :
Pole mould is divided into two type structure,make the steel plate compressed into pole shape dimension,increasing strength by flange, longitudinal bar and ring ribs,finally put the whole turning on a lathe , routine test. The diamether and length can be customised based on the customer need.
Spinning Machine
When the centrifugal force that is created by pole centrifugal machine turns the pole steel mould equal to or slightly greater than the gravity of the concrete, concrete can overcome the influence of gravity, stay away from the center of rotation so that strong distribution around the model. When the speed continues to increase,all kinds of material in the concrete mixture along the direction of the centrifugal force crowded around to dense homogeneous by centrifugal force.

Q: How many poles can be loaded in one container ?
A: Usually one container can load 10-12 pcs mould.
Q: If the machine breaks after we use one or two month, how to do ?
A : Our machine warranties period is 12 months for centrifugal spinning machine and molds from the date of testing and installation. So there any problem, you can feedback to us
.Q: What's your main market ?
A: Our machine have been exported to Myanmar,Ethiopia, Bangladesh, Kenya, Sudan,Uganda,Malaysia etc.

Q: Do you provide engineer for machine installation ?
A: Yes, one or two engineers will be sent after machines arrive in customer factory site.
Q: Will you design the machine layout and mould drawing for us?
A: Yeah. Our engineer will design the machine layout based on your land and the machine you ordered. The mould drawing will send to you confirm before we start to production.
Payment:
Payment Terms : T/T 30% in advance, 70% before the shippment . L/C100% at sight.
