Q: Why I can't hear from the earphone when the indicators flash green?
A: There may be poor contact between earphone and earphone jack. Please pull out the earphone and plug in again.
Q:Why the radios transmit only?
A:Check if PTT is blocked with something. There should be slight "dadada" at the pressing of PTT.
Q:I can't turn on the radio and even it is turned on, it often shuts off automatically. Why?
A:Please check if the battery contact is out of shape, or make sure the switch is not loosened.
Q: Why my voice received is low?
A:Please check if the MIC is blocked by something. And make sure that the volume is turned high.

Q:Why Couldn't I communicate with other group members?
A:First, please verify that the frequency point and the CTCSS you are using are the same as those of your group members. If the channel frequency and the CTCSS are the same, please verify that your group members are within radio communication range.
Q:Why can I hear the voice from other groups?
