Q1: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
We have our own factory from 1998 to 2010.
Then we close the factory and open the trading company exproting many kinds of footwear on 2010.
Besides,we have several fixed cooperative factories who are very supportive and work together with us for more than 7 years.

Q2: Can you do the design for us?
Yes, we have professional R&D team and technician who are very strong in developing shoes with customers, we have done many orders for our customers with their special requirements.

Q3: Do you offer free samples?
We'll provide one piece sample for free, but you're required to pay for the freight.
For the products in stock,we will send out the sample within 2 days.
For the products out of stock or in your own design, we're able to ship out the sample around 15 days.


Q4: How about your company's quality control?
We have a professional QA & QC team and will fully track the orders from the very beginning to the very end, such as checking the materail, supervising the production, spot-checking the finished goods, instrusting the packing, ect.We also accept a third-party company designated by you to spot check your orders.
Q5: What is your MOQ of the products?
The normal MOQ is 800 pairs per style/color.
Well, if your order can not reach our MOQ, it will be fine if you can accept surcharge, the MOQ is not fixed, don't worry about it, we can further discuss it.
THERE ARE ALSO SOME NEW DESIGN SPORT SHOES WHICH ARE AVAILABLE FOR SMALL ORDERS(quantity around 200pairs/color for one style).

Q6: What about the lead time for bulk production?
Honestly, it will depend on the style,order quantity and order season.
Normally,the lead time of MOQ orders will be 35 days after the payment.
But in busy seasons,the lead time will be around 45days.


Q7: How can I believe that after payment you can send the goods to me?
You does not need to worry about it.
