Main Configuration
(1). Unwinding Error-Correction frame
1. Unwinding materials: unwinding material fixed by air cylinder
2. Unwinding material: left and right could be adjusted.
3. Unwinding tension adopt 5kg magnetic powder brake (1 set)
4. Unwinding tension could be adjusted.
5. Balance of unwinding base materials could be adjusted with single direction

(2). Winding Structure
1. Winding adopts dual positions synchronism
2. Winding Roller: Banding air-extension shafts Φ76mm x 2 sets

(3). Slitting Fitting
1. Cutting way: With straight cutter (straight razorx10pc-round razorx5pc) =15pc

3. Straight cutter is fixed on the cutter supporter.

5. Scrap should expel from the machine by branch pipes when slitting specification less than 10mm
