MainMachine is with Siemens PLC and Siemens HMI(touch screen) control system, all the parameters are displayed on the monitor.Machine is with frequency inverter(2.2kw) to control the motor.Auto Tension Control Thermal Bond Paper Making Machine is with Siemens inverter motor(2.2kw) for feeding, and one motor for automatic loading.Machine is with Auto Tucker to tuck in the paper to cores automatically then rewinding.Machine is with Red Line Marker which is used to make a red line to the paper roll near to the end.Auto Tension Control Slitting Rewinder Till Roll Making Machine is with emergency switch.All transmission rollers have been dynamic/static balance treated.All the parts are treated by CNC processing to provide high precision.
